KH Cloud-Post KH II, Accepted Darkness

This KH Cloud is one who has accepted his darkness and settled into a new balance of life for himself. He is AU, and created just before BBS came out.

Not long after KH II, Tifa tried a spell that would help her keep Sephiroth from dragging Cloud into darkness. Only the spell she tried didn't do just that. It actually pulled the darkness out of Cloud. That, in turn, sent him into a comatose state until the combined efforts of his various magic using friends managed to pull him out of it by returning the darkness to him.

That took about a year.

When he woke up, Cloud decided that if that was what the light was like, he was going to stay with the darkness. At least Sephiroth had always been fairly honest with him about what he wanted, and had not tried that sort of magic on him, especially without his consent.

Since then, Cloud has settled into a truce of sorts with Sephiroth. They still fight, but now it is more along the lines of "oh, you are strong enough to go all out against." than any actual attempt to really harm each other.
